Our Shipping Statement

This is How We Do It

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time depends on an estimated fulfillment time + shipping time. 

Estimated fulfillment time: 2 - 7 business days

Estimated shipping time: 3 -7 business days

Our products are created and printed on demand and fulfilled in different facilities, which means some products may be shipped separately. Additionally, some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. 

How will my statement pieces be shipped?

Pieces are packaged with intention and shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. 

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping regions.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We use both national postal operators (such as the US Postal Service [USPS}) and commercial companies (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Typically only national postal operators are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Our Return & Refund Statement

The Small Print

We hope you are pleased with your order!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Refunds for items damaged while in your care are nonrefundable.  If your item was damaged in transit, please contact the carrier for reconciliation.

For an exchange or a full refund, items must be mailed/postmarked within 7 days from the receipt of the original order. Items will be exchanged or refunded after 7 days.
